The best service hands down! Zachary was at my house within 45 minutes of me placing the call. He looked everything over and throughly explained everything to me every step of the way. His coworker, Justin, came to help and was very nice and knowledgeable too! They solved the problem and fixed it within no time. From the second he walked in, I knew I had called a great company. He knew how to talk and let the dog smell him and he was so sweet. I looked at the water heater, checked how old it is and gave me quotes for replacing it or fixing it. We had our first scheduled maintenance appointment and had Zach as our technician! He was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions which included informing us of things of priority versus things that could wait down the line. He did not pressure us to make a decision on the spot and left us a detailed inspection report for us to look over. We would definitely recommend Zach and his team to others!
