Summers Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Video Center

Just had a seasonal check up from Summers for our plumbing systems. The technician was super friendly and did a few minor repairs and such at no cost. He tightened down a shower handle, put some zip ties on the sump pump cords, tightened down a loose toilet. He was the best. I have been very pleased with Summers since we started going with them as our primary HVAC/Plumbing service several years ago. We got a new furnace/AC unit back in January, they have also replaced a hot water heater. As long as we live in the area, they will be our go to. Highly recommend.

Summers Plumbing Heating and Cooling has a great program I pay for monthly like $11.99. It has save me so much money and many repairs. I always ask for Cole. He is so laid back, great customer service and does a phenomenal job!

Cole was great. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything so that an elderly person could understand what he was doing and what we might have to have done. And I like the fact that the company is employee owned.

The plumber this time, Cole, was wonderful. He took pride in his work and how that reflects the company. Cole is the reason why the review is still so high. He let my 3 year old son watch him and ask questions about what he was doing. He fixed the leak that had been a problem for 2 years even with a different plumber from the company looking at it, and apparently that poor performing plumber no longer works there. However, we called the administration office on Tuesday because all of our showers and bathtubs were backing up and unable to be used as well as all of the toilets on one level of our home. The lady we talked to asked if any of our toilets in our house worked and we said we had one toilet that worked downstairs. She said the next time someone was available to come in on Friday by 5pm. We stressed that we had no way to bathe for 4 days. She said that the plumbers were busy and since we had one toilet working then we were lower on the priority list because we didn't have an entire system backup. We've had some good experiences with this company before, but my husband had to try to clear the drains after he got off from work at 1AM on Wednesday night so we could shower. We were disappointed in administration there, but the plumber himself today was very nice, thorough, and said if he knew we had an issue like this then he would have come even in the middle of the night to resolve the issue. We appreciated that he acknowledged us. Cole is great, the company could have some assistance in prioritizing customers.

Well recently I had an issue with a leak in the toilet. Someone suggested I call Summer's plumbing heating and cooling. It was fast and in no time I had a plumber and before I knew it the problem was identified and taken care of.I even took a plan. The first service provided was with cooling and then water and plumbing and the third soon would be heating. I am happy 😊.
