I just realized that every time I write a review, it erases my previous one. I guess Ill just review everyone in one long review now. The first was reviewing David. So nice and knowledgeable! He inspected my entire home for any plumbing issues, and gave my furnace and AC a "once over" to alert me to any impending issues. Next I saw Todd and Austin. They came to thoroughly inspect my furnace as well as to clean and service my AC unit. This was such a pleasant experience! My AC was fine, but my furnace had seen better days. They measured my home and asked questions about our lifestyle before recommending the best unit to replace what I had. I loved that he was so thorough and was able to recommend a budget friendly unit, that would work just fine for what we needed. I felt absolutely no pressure to purchase a new unit, or the most expensive one, or to even purchase through them. That means so much to me! A couple days later, Marlin came and installed 6 stops under my sinks, to replace old corroded ones. He warned me that he might not be able to save one of my bathroom faucets, but that he would try his best. I feel like a lesser company might have not taken so much care and instead, sold me a new faucet; but Marlin was able to save it, and in turn, save me a substantial cost. Thank you Sir, for your care and expertise! And today, I have a new furnace!! It's amazing how the things that bring us joy, change as we age. Corey and Gage came and had the old one out and the new one in so quickly! They explained the installation process before, during and after. I felt very confident in their knowledge and ability. They took time to answer my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the new unit before they left. I've had 6 different Summers Technicians in my home at various times over the past month, and every single one of them has been personable, capable and efficient. I can't say enough good about this company!

Had our compressor unit stop running which could have been quick fixed with a capacitor change and left half fixed. We knew our 35 year old system was running on borrowed time. The guys were thorough in checking everything out. When they described the issues they were finding, it did feel like a sales pitch for a new system. Once we told them we were going with a whole new system though, Todd was excellent in working with us on options and getting us what we wanted. Price was high but everything is these days and we were offered good working systems for a much lower price. The higher priced system was our choice. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend them. Todd was professional and very pleasant to deal with. Excellent tech! Hopefully the install goes just as courteous and professional. Update: Installation went great. Corey was efficient, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He went over everything with us after completion and even pointed out any minor things that we might have questioned. Very impressed and happy with the whole experience. Thanks guys. Todd, we hope your dog is back healthy and happy again.

Couldn't be happier with how he presented himself and the expansion on the system. Coming in and checking what we need by checking duct work and measuring rooms/ doors. Listening to our questions and answering all of them. Spent time with and gave us a very fail price, which surprised us. We weren't going to beat him up on price but wanted to know the difference of Lenux and Carrier. Lenux was the better choice. So thanks for sending Zach and Corey out to us. Install was great, respectful to our home and left no mess. Showed how the new system worked and made sure we were understanding how to work the new thermostat. Customers you have gained.We are as Happy as a fat kid eating chocolate cake..Thank you.

Richard was very kind and informative during his service! He provided plenty of knowledge regarding upkeep and maintaining our system in our home. He did an awesome job explaining everything and making sure all our needs were met and questions were answered. We would gladly use Summers again thanks to Richard!

Jordan was amazing. He diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes of being in my home. And had it fixed in no time. He was very thorough in his inspections before and after the job was completed. He gave us great reassurance and made us feel very confident about choosing your company moving forward. His presence in our home was great. A very well rounded young man. Very confident in his abilities. This guy has a great future moving forward.
