Great service. My furnace went out on a day when it was 22 degrees. Very knowledgeable, and the best part is the techs are not salesmen. I had originally called to get a quote on a new furnace, thinking mine was shot. Instead the tech offered to look at my furnace, and was able to repair it and strongly advised against a new furnace. Glad I got a second opinion from them. This company clearly cares about the homeowner and doing what is right. Rare to find in a company today.

Gabriel did a fantastic job at listening to me, investigating, explaining and fixing my sink issue. He didn't leave until he knew it was good to go and confirmed with me twice to make sure the area was left clean! I put in an inquiry online Saturday, had a call to schedule Sunday and rapid service on Monday. I will absolutely be calling Summers for any issues I may have in the future.

Nate was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He provided us professional drain work, going above and beyond to solve our issue. I could tell that Nate wanted to solve the problem, he has a passion to fix any challenge presented. This was evident by Nate coming back another day to provide even more assistance than what we could have expected. Overall experience was great. Company was great, Nate was great.

Gabriel was very informative and helpful. He got the issue fixed same day. He presented the maintenance plan option without making me feel pushed. Was very happy with the service and they were the people that came out right away when I needed them.

Summers responded promptly to my service request and sent the best technicians. Given the various issues I needed checked (from a basement leak, to a new fridge water line, and poorly installed shower controls), I felt they were very reasonable for the services provided! Nathan and the second gentleman (I can’t remember his name!) addressed a water backup in my basement the first day and both were so kind and professional! They explained the situation well, walked me through what they were seeing on camera, and thoroughly explained the next steps. The second day Nathan came back to finish the other two projects and was equally as kind and informative. He is very detailed in his work and checked in with me regularly regarding what would be needed to ensure I was pleased with the work at each stage. On both visits the technicians cleaned up after themselves very well. As a newcomer to the area, selecting service providers has been a bit scary but working with Summers and Nathan could not have been a better experience! I will gladly recommend them!
