Silas done an amazing job, such a respectful, amazing, fantastic, personality, and he made it here on time I can tell he’s an amazing person simply by having guard dogs. It stunned me that my dogs were outside when he pulled up and they didn’t even go up to him. Try to attack him. None of the above. He’s just one of those people that genuinely cares about his job and his customers, I hope that he gets the recognition he deserves and a raise because I’ve never met someone so informative. He took the time out to even show me how to be able to set up my app so I can control it from my phone if I’m ever away or you know whatever the case may be but very informative made sure I understood everything that was going on. Let me know that I was gonna have to have a new control panel put in that’s great no cost of course no cost for the service charge. I just really think he is such an amazing responsible, respectable technician. I hope that when I do have the control panel put in that he can actually be the one to do it because he has been one of the best bars that I have had come out to my home. I was so happy that I was able to request him to come back with the control panel. He is just really informative. He took the time to help me set my app up. Make sure everything was working correctly. I couldn’t be more grateful for him out of everyone that’s helped me he has been So I hope that he gets the recognition he deserves, considering he is young full of energy & has potential out of this world to run a business of very smart very informative very polite very respectful the fact that he was kind enough to pet my dog who was I feel like he was annoying him but he said no he wasn’t bothering him at all because he has dogs so it just made me feel all the way around comfortable because he was that polite that my guard dog didn’t feel threatened by him whatsoever so with that being said, he is a fantastic human being a great employee to your guises team I would not take advantage of that I would definitely give him a raise a promotion, some sort of recognition couple of gift cards to like his favorite restaurants or coffee shops or whatever it is, he likes or just give them a Visa gift card so we can spend it on whatever he needs because he is very kind. He’s a great great employee. If I could have him come out here every time I would, I haven’t ever felt that comfortable with a man being in my home without my husband.

Travis was amazing. There ended up being several things wrong that I was not expecting. I am recently divorced and he was so kind, patient and thorough with me since this is something I am not used to taking care of. I’m sure I was a handful for him that day, but he handled it like a true professional. So grateful to him and the great work he did at my home.

Donald Bannon, the technician who worked on my AC unit was EXCELLENT. He was thorough, friendly, and knowleable. He walked me through the AC system and the service he was completing with patience and clarity. Don is the technician I want to work with, going forward.

Highly recommend this team, and company, for ALL large, complicated residential plumbing issues found in older homes in my community! Great group of guys doing the work with constant communication around what was completed vs what was next on their schedule to finish up the job. 5 Stars doesn’t begin to cover the experience so for!
