Cole Wilson done an amazing job showed me how to change my filters which I had not been shown how to do so yet! I have guard dogs. He was absolutely amazing with my male dog, my female dog. She just doesn’t trust men because she was abused in the past, but he was very respectful of my My Home, very informative of everything I needed to know on how to shut my system down when it’s all said and done when it comes time to change that filter I give him a five out of five star review because he’s always so sweet and kind when he comes out here and I just really appreciate the level of knowledge, he was able to give me today because the system is new very new to me so with it being an energy Efficient system I was able to learn a lot more efficient system I was able to learn a lot more about that so that only makes it easier for me in the long run! I truly believe he needs a raise and he definitely takes the time to make sure his clients are very well informed as well as taking care of these things take time but he was pretty quick As well as efficient with the job, he done so with that being said, I feel like he should train other people that work in the field to be more efficient and make the customer more aware of how their product works!

Jacob did a routine check up on our air conditioning unit as part of our existing Package with Summers. He was very personable and thorough. I would recommend him again.

Issue did not present itself after tech visited. That tech was polite, knowledgeable, and patient. He gave his opinion of what it would be. I left a positive review. Well that was not good enough for Andy the GM. He called unexpectedly and listened and understood. Sent out another tech. Aaron I believe,AAROSB, arrived. Listened to my recording. Took off cover. Sound presented itself. He substituted the word whistle for squeal and it made complete sense. He used the word intake I believe versus inducer motor. That was 1st techs possible diagnosis without hearing sound. End this here2 tech visits, 1 phone call, warranty honored. Started Tuesday as preventive maintenance at 2 finished 1245 Friday. Bravo! Thank You
