Tony is a great guy. He does excellent work. Last year I had a part that didn’t come in before I left for Florida. I gave him the code to get in and he repaired the furnace and closed everything up. A job well done.😁😁

First time with Summers that I haven't been so pleased because generally I am. I felt the tech wasn't that friendly, no smile, no sorry I forgot to call you on the way and then the quotes I received definitely not what I was expecting for 2 not major plumbing repairs and I was informed that even after repairing my shower that doesn't include fixing the wall where they have to rip it out to do the job, because the tech tells me "I'm not that guy"!! Gee ok then, ya not the greatest experience this time!

Thank you so much to Summers and Don Brannon. Excellent job teaching and caring for my HVAC system. He arrived at the front of the time window. He climbed in my attic of my house with 10 ft ceilings and changed my disgusting air filter. We will definitely call when we for plumbing check up on our plan and a check up of our heating system at the appropriate time of year. The service plan helps save on costs too! Thank you so much!!!

Travis truly exceeded expectations on a number of levels. First my mom's basement floor drains backed up and Travis did everything he could to fix the issue at the lowest possible cost, and he was honest and transparent about options to save us the most money possible. Once this issue was resolved, her hot water heater went out. Travis came back out immediately and again did everything he could to resolve. When it became clear of the issue was a part under warranty, and it would take days to order, Travis got creative to try to pick it up at a local supply store, which is well outside the scope of his responsibility. I could not recommend summers and Travis any more if you ever need HVAC or plumbing service!
