Our technician was Christopher Hessell. He was professional, super informative, very knowledgeable and quick. We always have great service with Summers but Christopher goes above and beyond. Has made my husband and I lifelong customers of Summers! Highly recommend

Second time I've had service from Summers. Both times they were friendly, upfront with pricing, explained what they were going to do and exactly what they did after the work is finished. The yearly membership essentially pays for itself if you have service done and it gives you peace of mind / preventative maintenance on AC, furnace and plumbing. If you get Gage for plumbing needs, he is very friendly and a very good whistler!

I hired Summers to fix my water heater. There were lots of ongoing issues and Josh and Gage were great! They were very kind and thorough, you can tell they truly care about their customers and want to help them. Now after two months I finally have hot water thanks to them! I highly recommend.
