Robert has come out to help us with our furnace when it went out (twice). Very kind and professional! He was beyond helpful with dealing with our home warranty company, too. Patrick was super thorough with my plumbing inspection. This is a new to us home and we’ve never been on well water. He was happy to quote all the repairs/replacements I requested and answered all of my questions.

Technicians (Patrick and Adam) are very professional and personable. All of my plumbing issues were given priority and fixed in a timely manner. Technician Joshua went over and above the call of duty. He not only worked in my narrow crawl space to fix my pipes, he also did a small repair job to my front door screen on his way out.

We just had Patrick and Adam at our house to do a check on our plumbing. They came right on time and were very courteous and helpful in explaining things that needed fixed. We appreciate their promptness and courtesy to us while they were here.

I couldn't recommend anyone else after using summers!! To have Patrick show up and have so much compassion for people was so nice. Then to go and help find the problem and give us every different option available to fix it. Whether it was what you could afford or what the long run picture would look like he was SO helpful. Then just before scheduling the next step they were able to do it all in the same day!! Got the next person out here. Patrick and Josh got us completed!
