I couldn't be happier.

I am writing you to express my deep appreciation for your employees and their terrific customer service. I'll start with Chris Dorothy. What a gentleman! he explained my situation with my old...and I mean old, furnace and air conditioner. Never once did I feel pressured to replace my HVAC system. He explained way more than I could comprehend bu tI was so delighted he never talked down to me. In this day and age, customer service is close to being non-existent. But not so with Summers! I see on his business card that Chris is Branch Supervisor. He's so deserving! Next is Brandon, the installer and John the plumber. They explained what they were doing and were so pleasant along with being so very capable. They cleaned up very nice. I was impressed. My new HVAC system was installed on June 3rd. I couldn't be happier. I will sing your company and these employee's praises to all who will listen.

I've never seen a crew like this that worked so well with each other. They were all extremely courteous, thoughtful, and represented Summers very professionally! I was impressed they cleaned up their mess. Bob was told he should switch his PHC company to Summers. I'm sure glad I made the switch.

Definitely 24 hr service!

My husband and I are very happy with our service on Sunday and Monday morning. They were definitely over in a half an hour when we had an emergency. Both technicians were very professional, explained everything, cleaned up the mess too. Very reasonable with the prices. I would recommend them to anyone!

Called to have our water faucets on our washing machine changed. John the service tech who came out to replace them was very pleasant and explained what he was doing and what was needed to do the job. He had to go get parts to replace the old and had it done in a professional manner. Was very pleased with the service and would recommend their services.
