We have been using Summers for years. Their communication is wonderful and all of the service people we have had (they're usually the same people year after year which is great) are fantastic. Knowledgeable, courteous and very respectful of coming in/out of your home. First found Summers because they were an authorized service dealer of a water filtration system we have, then used them for a gut remodel involving plumbing, gas and HVAC. They're the only company we use now for all 3. Their yearly maintenance program is wonderful. I don't have to remember to call for all the routine checkups. They call me to schedule. Really great company with wonderful employees and hope they continue their excellent customer service (and treat their employees well so they stay) for many many years to come.

Howard was great, he was not only kind and friendly but very professional! Showed up in a timely manner and worked hard trying to fix an old water heater. But in the end the old heater just ultimately needed to be replaced, but I was thankful Howard tried to help minimize the overall cost with trying to get the old heater working but it was just dead. Had to set up an appointment and order for a new water heater and Howard helped make the process easy and pleasant. He really is a kind soul and deserves to be recognized for the honest work he’s done. Very thankful for his help and kindness, Highly recommend and appreciate the service! 4-20-26 update Water heater was installed and Howie H. came out this time with Chris P. Everything was done in a timely manner and very pleasant as last visit. Very Thankful that Chris also noticed my furnace turning on and off hearing it next to the water heater and was very kind to take a look and fixed the issue, Chris went above and beyond to do so! Very grateful for Chris being so kind! Which was a pleasant surprise to have my furnace attendant to with my water heater installment, couldn’t be more pleased with the kindness/friendliness above and beyond service! A+++ very grateful, Thankful to Howie and Chris for their service! Had to call and make sure everything was fine after seeing some water dripping from the seam and Gavin T. Came out to take a look and was just as super kind and friendly as the other guys from earlier in the day! He explained everything and vacuumed up some left over water from earlier. Super helpful and informative setting my mind at ease! Once again A+ service, truly appreciated the service! Cannot recommend this company enough, everyone who came out earlier and later in the day was absolutely fantastic! Good people, great service, no complaints! Will definitely have my returning business in the future!

Huge shout out to Efrain! He was so amazing! He was so kind and patient with all my questions- as I don’t have a clue as to what any of this stuff is! He was also so articulate and knowledgeable about the process and at ease with explaining everything! I can’t recommend him enough!

Closed on a condo and needed to follow-up on some home inspected items... Howard arrived for two toliet resettings, he was wonderful to work with and got me squared away quickly. He has an awesome personalty and is a genuinely customer friendly tech. He is extremely knowledgeable about plumbing and gave me some recommendations for future toliet height upgrade purchases. Chris P. arrived for furnace inspection/cleaning as per my home inspector. He was absolutely a pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable. Awesome young man! He offered recommendations for an AC/Furnace combo unit. I will call Summer's Plumbing Heating & Cooling again, and Kidos to them for hiring such knowledgeable and friendly employees. 😊

It’s my first time using Summers Plumbing and they did not disappoint. They came highly recommended from a friend in the Geneva area who indicated their prices are fair and service is great. Howard H., a/k/a Howie, was professional, courteous, and well-versed at his plumbing craft. He cleaned my kitchen drain and got my sink back into action in no time at all. I had also reached out to the Yorkville location’s supervisor, Dave V. to chat about a matter of interest and he was beyond wonderful. I am glad to have discovered a plumbing service that I can turn to in the future and know that I will have a positive service experience when in need. It was also beneficial having been able to use a coupon I obtained from their website. It supported a perfect introduction to Summers PH&C.
