I can't say enough good things about Kyle Woods, the technician that came today to do the annual service on my furnace! He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took care to explain the procedure, everything he cleaned and checked and, upon finding that my furnace has a humidifier feature that hadn't previously been activated, took care of that also. His upbeat personality was certainly a day brightener! Kyle definitely represents a key reason why I am, and will continue to be, a long term Summers customer. I am grateful that Matt is doing such a good job coaching Kyle. His ability as a mentor is truly reflected in Kyle's proficiency, knowledge and strong sense of outstanding customer service. Kyle was an excellent technician who was very patient and helped me understand what my furnace needed to improve its function and longevity. He took pictures and showed me before and after he worked on the fan blades there was a marked improvement visible. I wish all service technicians were that informed and able to relate to my concerns and questions without a critical attitude. An extra bonus was his care about not leaving me a mess to deal with when he was finished. He wore shoe protection and kept my floors clean on a snowy wet day, he also vacuumed and wiped down his work area when he was finished. You have a very good employee and I hope he is able to service my homes scheduled appointments in the future.

Summers took good care of us when our hot water heater died unexpectedly. Zach was great! Friendly, hard working, easy to work with - he even showed up on a Saturday to install the new one so we didn’t have to wait until Monday. It’s so nice to see a young guy who loves what he does and loves the company he works for. That says a lot about Summer’s.

Zach is honestly exceptional at his work! I am so thankful he was able to come out late at night to solve my flooded basement and sump pump. The installation post-emergency was extremely smooth, and I was given helpful information on the new systems. Plus, he is exceptionally kind!

Zach was great! He worked quickly and fixed the issue! Very personable guy as well! Can’t thank him and Summer’s enough. He is truly awesome!
