Cole W from Summers Plumbing Heating and Cooling did a wonderful job with our recent service call. He was warm, careful, thorough and personable. I really enjoyed our visit and almost forgot that I was having AC issues and my house was too warm. The same day response was really wonderful and I feel much better knowing that there's a fix available and it can be done pretty quickly.

Had a water leak at an exterior spigot that was POURING water and would not shut off...on a Saturday ..just before Mother's Day! I called Summers after receiving a flyer in the mail.. and they had someone at my house in 45 min. Had great communication while awaiting the arrival of their Technician Jacob Manyik. This guy was absolutely amazing. Diagnosed the problem and repaired it within an hour! Jacob was friendly, knowledgeable and very courteous. I have seen Summers trucks around but this is the first time Ive called and I will definitely use and recommend them going forward.They have great reviews too which I always read. Thank you so much Jacob!

Had some plumbing work done today, my outside water spigot had stopped working and needed to be replaced. I called Summers for help and they sent out a technician to help. Heather was very pleasantly and professional, she had to go into the crawl space to fix the issue. So far I am happy with the work done. The reason for the 3 star rating is the price, Heather did show me the price prior to the work being started. I needed it done and I know I could have gotten more estimates and I will turn to a contractor or private business next time I need plumbing, heating or cooling in the future.Be sure Heather was what I expect of a professional plumber, the price was what you get from a corporation

Summers PHC really helped me out when I needed to address some plumbing inspection “findings” for the sale of a house! They came VERY highly recommended by my realtor. Summers was really accommodating & tried hard to get me an appointment that would work prior to my closing date. And they succeeded! The technician—Jacob—was really awesome about communicating to me everything that happened during the his examination of the toilets & the water heater. He called me well in advance when he was going to arrive & immediately called me after he was finished to share the results. You know how people always say things like “the company is so honest” and “they are trustworthy?” Well in this case, it’s absolutely TRUE & FACTUAL 100%!!! I happen to be living in New Mexico now during the sale of my home in Indianapolis. Jacob found that the water to the toilets had been turned off after some recent water damage—he turned them back on & tested them—no need to fix anything! He also found that the pilot light was out on the water heater. Jacob lit the pilot light, waited to test the water temperature in the home, found that it was running fine & left the pilot light lit—no need to fix anything! So coming from someone who lives in FAR away from the home that was serviced in Indiana, someone who has NEVER worked with this company before, someone who didn’t realize that Home Inspectors are not allowed to even turn things on (toilets, water heaters) in order to inspect them 🙄, and from someone who was expecting a really costly invoice… THIS COMPANY & JACOB ARE VERY HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They could have charged me a fortune for repairs that didn’t even need to be done & I never would have never known! To me that is the penultimate of honesty & trustworthiness!!! I’m so happy that Summers PHC is also scheduled to look at some HVAC items in the same home in 2 days! Thank you Summers PHC for being honest, having trustworthy techs, for wiggling me into your schedule & for being so accommodating and friendly! Summers PHC is the best!!! :))
