I have been doing business with this company both for my personal needs but also for my rental home company. I have likely spent over 100k with them over the past 10 years on many many many projects and repairs. The staff is the best and feel like family at this point. I have had a number of Insurance related issues and they have worked with me to manage payments while I waited for Insurance Checks. I highly recommend them for all of your Plumbing and HVAC Issues. Adam Bernd in the New Albany office is amazing as well as Zack and Brantly who does a lot of my work. I wish I could give them 10 Stars... I marked the price as reasonable because you get what you pay for. I have used cheaper companies but the work was not even close to what they have done for me... Keep up the amazing work.

Had some hvac and plumbing work done through them and I'll recommend them all day. Really nice work and they cleaned up everything. Zac really goes above and beyond! He shoveled snow off my walkway during the quote and im pretty sure he changed a lightbulb in my basement while he did the plumbing work. Super awesome

A large HVAC install team and 3 trucks arrived on time in 15° temps and quickly came up with a plan to move the outside condenser around a corner and route new lines and power to shorten the runs. The installers were professional and knowledgeable, I am happy with the 1 day install. Although, the fancy new thermostat requires another visit, so we're on AUX heat for 2 days$$

We had a water softener installed along with a washout sink that has a separate holding tank and pump to resolve our washer draining issues. Think sump pump for a washer. Our washer is in a basement and the piping was all vertical, causing the washer pump to struggle draining. This setup lets the washer dump in the washout sink and then drain to the larger pump that pumps it out. The guys went above and beyond on this installation rerouting some of the piping and removing the old setup. Summers has done a lot of work around this old house, (100 years this year). We trust them with all our needs.

Summers did an excellent job start to finish. Lost my AC over the weekend, they sent someone out immediately to inspect. Unfortunately nothing was salvageable from old system, I needed a whole new furnace/AC, and Summers had it completely replaced and operational by Wednesday! Also, there were several items Summers fixed along the way that they didn’t quote, main one being repiping a potentially dangerous situation with our existing gas line. You’re talking about people that don’t just do their job, they genuinely care. Impeccable Service
