Very happy with our new furnace and the entire process (other than actually needing the new furnace :) ) Called in the afternoon inquiring about an estimate. Had some here the next morning to inspect and give the estimate for a new furnace. We were given a variety of options and price ranges. Once we made our decision, they scheduled us for the next day to install. Both the installers were friendly, did a great job of cleaning up after, and were very professional. They repaired a couple minor things with the existing duct work and venting that wasn't originally discussed at no extra charge because (his words) "wanted everything to be correct and us not to have any other concerns". Then made sure to walk us through and explain everything thoroughly about what was done and how to operate everything. The pricing was fair. The response times and service were great. The installers were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would definately recommend. And fingers crossed I won't need to, but I will use again if need something else.

Summer's employee Jimmy Buckner did a great job on the maintenance of our furnace. Very professional and approachable. He also installed surge protectors on the furnace and A/C unit. Also, shout out for Rob Nowakowski (sales) and Austin Ingram (installer) for the excellent job they did w selection and installation of our new A/C unit back in August 2024. Friendly, knowledgeable and detailed workmanship. Thanks guys!

My new water heater looks AMAZING! The techs were very professional and quick. They were quiet while they worked, and barely triggered my dogs! Excellent customer service, quick to get scheduled, quick to finish the job; this is all high quality work too.

Dan showed up when he said he would and jumped on the work with his apprentice. They left about 6 hours later and left no mess or problems to indicate they were ever here. Except for the new toilets and under sink filter.

Jimmy and Frank were both very helpful and informative. I appreciated Jimmy taking the time to explain the issues with my HVAC unit clearly and also offer his expert advice when discussing my options. When Frank did the installation he was very professional and did a great job with everything!
