Honesty and Integrity!

Jimmy, your tech came out to clean our A/C unit. This was our first experience with Summers. He treated my home like it was his and I really am a fan of putting on shoe protectors! He caught two problems while cleaning and showed me before he repaired them! That shows Honesty and Integrity! We dropped Thorn Total Comfort and were looking for a new Heating and Cooling company. We have found one in Summers! Jimmy deserves an "Atta Boy" for work well done with Honesty and Integrity!

This Company is Top Notch

We had a furnace installed on Monday, February 8th in Portage. Jimmy came out to my home the previous Thursday to do an inspection and found that our furnace needed to be replaced. On Monday the gentlemen showed up to do the furnace and I had already left for work. When I returned it looked as though no one had been there and the furnace was so quiet. I am so impressed with the overall professionalism from everyone in the company. Pricing is incredible

Having problems with my main sewer line and after calling numerous contractors and being turned away or upcharged we found summers. Glad we did. Billy b. Was extremely friendly and up front with us. He performed the service quickly and professionally. We were so happy with the results we decided to sign up for the maintenance plan. Highly recommend this company.

I called Saturday morning because my garbage disposal had a whole in it and Billy Buchanan came out within 3 hours from my call. He replaced the garbage disposal within 30 minutes. It wasn't exactly an emergency but it needed to get done.
