Jeff was on time and very knowledgeable about all aspects concerning a/c products and other related concerns I had. He provided info to make the experience understandable as well as informative. He took the time to give me an estimate on my water heater that wasn't a part of the original appointment. He provided me with all options available on different levels of a/c units and different pricing options available and the interest rates they offer. He was very professional and well dressed with a Summers Logo shirt. I'm very impressed with this company and Jeff for providing excellent customer service. I will be using Summers to replace my a/c in the next few weeks, thanks to Jeff. So I say, Thank you Jeff!

I was very pleased with our service We could not have asked for a more polite professional repairman. He had the furnace fixed in just a few minutes. He arrived promptly and completed the work in record time and we had heat. Iwould give him more stars if they were available

Garrett was very courteous, professional and punctual! Inspecting all the plumbing in house for preventative maintenance and let me know every step. He explained his findings and reasonable quote! Thanks Summers!! Christian with Summers did a great job. We were getting preventative maintenance on our heating system done as part of annual checkup. He was thorough, courteous, and professional!

Cole came out to check out our furnace. He was very polite, informative, and made sure we understood everything he was telling us. He wasn't pushy or trying to sell us something we weren't sure about right now. We are impressed and will be using this company and will recommend them to our friends and family.
