Jason was very helpful and fast. I had a leaky hose bib outside that needed to be replaced and of course when they finished my basement the hose bib got kind of walled in to a not great spot. Jason and two other techs were in and out in an hour. It cost a pretty penny but they quoted me the work that was there. They went above and beyond to keep the area clean and clean up after. Any repair is always more than you want or expect but I think it was fair for the labor and overall work needed. It was for sure a 2 person job otherwise it would have been hours of drywall work to make it look new again. Three made it much easier with only minimal cutting into my wall. A small access panel is all the space they had. They even went above and added an easy accessible shutoff valve so no need to turn the whole hose off if we have an issue.

Mr. Lopez was so, so, so awesome!!! Very thorough, very kind, knows his trade well and explained everything in great detail, very professional and very appreciative of the can goods I donated. I wish all service people could be like him. Please give him a raise--you don't want to lose this gentleman. I will definitely be calling you back for additional help. We had our annual furnace tune up done by Summers PHC. Felipe Mendoza was the Technician. Felipe did a great job for us. He was very knowledgeable and polite, fully explaining everything he did. He also checked our humidifier to make sure it was working property. We also have an electronic air cleaner which he checked as well. Very pleased with his overall performance. Good job Felipe!

Mike (and Kyle) were prompt, polite, and advised me what is important to address now, and what can wait. He also showed me how to take care of a situation myself, saving me money if I so chose to do. Great service!!

Just had a seasonal check up from Summers for our plumbing systems. The technician was super friendly and did a few minor repairs and such at no cost. He tightened down a shower handle, put some zip ties on the sump pump cords, tightened down a loose toilet. He was the best. I have been very pleased with Summers since we started going with them as our primary HVAC/Plumbing service several years ago. We got a new furnace/AC unit back in January, they have also replaced a hot water heater. As long as we live in the area, they will be our go to. Highly recommend.
