Dan showed up when he said he would and jumped on the work with his apprentice. They left about 6 hours later and left no mess or problems to indicate they were ever here. Except for the new toilets and under sink filter.

Robert and Dakota were very professional and knowledgeable. They looked at two systems, a boiler and completed a furnace tune-up. We are new homeowners Robert explained about the boiler system. Robert explained his concerns with the boiler. Based on the age, we suspected a replacement would be needed. Robert provided us with our options. Next Robert and Dakota checked the furnace. Again, patiently explaining everything to us. Summers was recommended to us by family. We are glad we followed the recommendation.”

We hired Summers to replace our old outdoor hose spigot, which including draining and removing the hot water heater to access the interior of the wall. Dan and his assistant did an amazing job. They were professional, and friendly, treating our home as though it was theirs. Cleaned up their mess too. We will use Summers again!

Ryan did an awesome job of diagnosing the issue with my AC quickly, and he fixed it almost as quickly. I was pleased with the scheduling of the appointment too. I used their online scheduler at 7am, and I think I got a call a half hour later, when i expected it might not happen until at least 8am. They said they didn't know if they would be able to get to me in the morning or afternoon, but I received a call from Ryan not too long afterwards. He was done by 9am, and I didn't have to take too much time from work to stick around before he was done. In a week when the heat index is well over 100 degrees, I was happy to have them fix things so seamlessly for us. I signed up for their maintenance program because it is something we always forget to do with our major utility devices.

Dan was thorough in his plumbing inspection, drained and cleaned our hot water tank, asked about our well, and gave a quote on a new water softener among other things. He didn't go into the crawl space, which I discouraged anyway, since there didn't seem to be any need. I appreciated his help!
